We are a small group of passionate individuals with backgrounds in English teaching and I.T, based in the U.K, Australia and Canada. While helping our students prepare for their English proficiency tests, we became increasingly frustrated with the lack of feedback that most practice tests provide.
We decided to create The English Test Agency to address this problem and provide affordable, high quality tests, with a level of detailed feedback that helped students understand their English proficiency level, which skills they needed to improve, and how to do it.

With decades of expertise between us, we came together to provide a much-needed facility for people who want to develop the skills and exam techniques they need to pass their IELTS™ or CELPIP™ test with the highest mark possible.
Having taught students how to pass both the IELTS™ and CELPIP™ tests for many years now, our markers know exactly which techniques and strategies work best and this is reflected in the way our site is set up and our feedback is delivered. We have also crafted the site to be as user friendly as possible, to give you a stress-free experience as you navigate your way through each practice test.
